This policy explains how Egor Sergeev, trading as Kalryn (“we”), handles personal data on kalryn.com. Contact: [email protected], Remote, worldwide.
What we collect
When you apply, we receive the details you enter: name, email, company, website, budget, timeline and your message. For spam protection and security we process your IP address and basic technical data (browser, time of request) in server logs.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and prepare a proposal (steps prior to a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to protect the site from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Cloudflare (network, security, delivery), Slack, email or SMS (internal notification of new applications), Google Fonts and jsDelivr (fonts and scripts are loaded from their servers, which receive your IP address).
How long we keep it
Applications are kept up to 12 months if no project starts, then deleted. Client data is kept as long as required for the project and legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a short period.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
