These terms apply to kalryn.com and to services provided by Egor Sergeev, trading as Kalryn (“we”). Contact: [email protected].
Proposals
Every project is scoped individually. Scope, price, timeline and payment schedule are set out in a written proposal. If the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal prevails.
Payment
Launch projects are invoiced as agreed in the proposal. Run plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice unless the proposal says otherwise.
Ownership
After full payment, the website, its content and the configuration of your system belong to you. Tool accounts are created in your name where possible. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your part
You provide timely access, content and feedback. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
Third-party tools
The system relies on third-party services (hosting, CRM, email, automation). Their subscription fees and terms are separate, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
Liability
We work with care and fix defects in our own work. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the previous three months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
